As always, the East Neuk boasted its finest garbs bathed in photogenic rays that showed off the area to its peak. I spoke with Rosie about the keys to a nutritious, sustainable resource that should be valued and nurtured for now and the future, and we nibbled our merry way to lunch, talking food and foraging.
